Sock Tube Cranking

Love hand-knit socks, but want them in a fraction of the time? Cranked sock tubes are the answer! We'll crank the tube and you can split and knit the heels, toes, and cuffs by hand!

How it works: make your selections, then bring your sock yarn to the shop. We will let you know when your sock tube is finished and ready for pick up! 

YARN

Yarn must be 100g of fingering/sock weight and contain at least 75% wool. You may choose yarn purchased from Yarn Alchemy or from your stash. Note: Yarn Alchemy yarns get a discount!

Stitch Count

64 stitches - women's small to medium socks 

72 stitches - women's large and men's medium socks

Yarn Held Back

Want us to hold some yarn back? Let us know how much! A standard mini skein for knitting heels, toes, and cuffs is 20g. If you need more, let us know via reply to your order confirmation.

***Tubes will be ready within two weeks after we receive your yarn.
