Refund policy

Yarn Alchemy has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition (unwound, with tags, and in original packaging) with receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for return include: pre-ordered items, sale items, body care items, and gift cards.
Refunds will be issued to the card used at purchase. Credit card refunds may take 3-10 days to process.

An accurate attendance count is necessary to ensure adequate materials for each class and to prepare instructors for class sizes. If a registrant wishes to withdraw from a class, they must email hello@yarnalchemynwa.com 7 days prior to the beginning of the class.
Cancellation requests made 7+ days prior to the start of class will receive a full refund in the form of store credit (gift card).
No refunds will be available for cancellations within one week (<7 days) of the class. Please take this into account when you register!
Yarn Alchemy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes for any reason, including canceling a class that does not meet minimum registration requirements or canceling a class due to inclement weather. If a class is canceled by Yarn Alchemy, registrants will receive a full refund.

Private sessions are listed based on instructor availability. Session availability may change at instructor's discretion.
There will be no refunds for cancellation of private sessions unless the session is cancelled by the instructor due to illness or unavailability. If a registrant is unable to attend due to illness or other emergency, an attempt will be made to re-schedule the session based on instructor availability.
Yarn Alchemy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions for any reason, including (but not limited to) scheduling conflicts, space constraints, or inclement weather. If a class is canceled by Yarn Alchemy, registrants will receive a full refund.
