Beginning Sock Knitting with Liz Mortensen

In this three-part class, students will learn to knit a sock from start to finish!

Session 1 – Wednesday, February 19, 2025 – 10am-12pm

• Cast-on and work the cuff and leg

Session 2 – Wednesday, February 26, 2025 – 10am-12pm

• Turn the heel and work the foot

Session 3 – Wednesday, March 5, 2025 – 10am-12pm

• Shape the toe and graft to finish

All materials are provided for instruction including one skein of sock weight yarn and 32" circular knitting needles US size 1. Students receive a 10% discount in store on class day.

Prerequisites: cast-on, knit, purl, work in magic loop, increase, and decrease. Ages 16+ please.
